Church transport

Everyone can get to church, even without a car

KerkPoint is an online scheduling platform for churches, from €9.99 per month. You schedule the drivers per service, they get a reminder and swap themselves when it does not work out.

A service that depends on reliability

For older members or people without transport, a lift is the only way to be in church on Sunday. Then the driver really has to turn up. A forgotten turn means someone waiting at home by the window.

Drivers per service

In KerkPoint transport is a role at the service. You set how many drivers are needed and schedule them. Per service you see whether someone is still missing, also for an extra service on a holiday. Arrangements about who picks up which passengers go in the description of the service.

A reminder in time

From the Plus plan drivers get an e-mail when they are scheduled and a reminder before the service. If someone cannot make it, they ask for a swap and another driver takes over with one click. The person making the schedule sees it straight away and can let the passengers know who is coming.

Availability in advance

Drivers tick when they cannot drive. If you let KerkPoint fill the schedule, they are skipped on those days and everyone takes their turn.

Church transport is part of your church's volunteer schedule. Also see the welcome team schedule, or see the prices.

Availability without phone calls

Volunteers mark their holidays and other days off themselves. Nobody is scheduled on a day they cannot serve.
