Projection schedule

A projection schedule with the order of service ready to go

Projection, sound and livestream in one overview. The team sees when it is their turn, has the order of service at hand and arranges a swap itself when a week does not work out.

  1. 1 Fill the open place
  2. 2 The volunteer accepts
  3. 3 Liturgy ready

Example of a projection schedule: who is scheduled on which Sunday, who still has to respond and which place is still open.

The tech team deserves a schedule of its own

Behind every service is a team you rarely see: whoever runs the slides, looks after the sound or starts the livestream. Planning often happens in a group chat and a spreadsheet, and the order of service still arrives by e-mail on Saturday evening. It can be calmer than that.

In KerkPoint you create a role for each task at the service. Per role you set how many people are needed. That way you see at a glance which services are still missing someone on projection or sound.

The order of service with the service

You put the order of service, songs and readings with the service itself. Whoever is on the schedule sees them with their turn and can download them as a PDF. The tech team no longer has to search through old e-mails. How to turn the order of service straight into the slides is explained under creating the order of service.

Fair turns, filled in automatically

Set the regular people per role and let KerkPoint fill the open places for the coming months. Everyone takes their fair turn. Anyone who said in advance they cannot serve is skipped, and so is someone already doing something else in the same service.

Swapping without a group chat

If someone cannot make it for once, they ask for a swap in KerkPoint. The other team members get a notification and can take over with one click. The person making the schedule does not have to do anything.

The projection schedule is part of your wider church schedule. Arranging the sextons or organists too? That works in the same overview. See the prices.

Everyone knows when it is their turn

Volunteers get an e-mail or notification when they are scheduled and a reminder beforehand. Can they not make it? They ask for a swap and someone else takes over with one tap.
