Worship planning

Worship planning software for churches in the Netherlands

Services, worship team, sound and projection, welcome team and children's ministry in one rota. Volunteers get reminders and arrange swaps themselves, and the order of service turns into slides for Sunday.

  3. 3 Liturgy ready

One place for every service

Many churches plan Sunday with a spreadsheet, a group chat and a few e-mails. It works until something changes: the worship leader is ill, the sound technician swaps a week, or an extra service is added. Then nobody knows which version is the latest.

In KerkPoint every service has its own roles: worship leader, band, sound, projection, welcome, children's ministry. You see at a glance which places are still open, and KerkPoint warns you when someone is scheduled twice at the same time.

Volunteer rotas that fill themselves

  • Fair rotation: set the regular people per role and let KerkPoint fill the coming months, everyone in turn.
  • Availability: volunteers mark their holidays and days off, so they are never scheduled on a day they cannot serve.
  • Swaps: a volunteer who cannot make it asks for a swap and someone else takes over with one tap.
  • Reminders: by e-mail and, if they like, as a notification on their phone.
  • Import: bring your current rota over from Excel or Google Sheets, with a preview first.

From order of service to slides

Plan the service once: songs with the verses you sing, readings, prayers, the offering and the blessing. KerkPoint makes the presentation for the projector and an order of service people can follow on their phone. A guest speaker can fill in the songs and readings through a link, without an account. The people on the rota for music and projection get a message when the order of service is ready, and again when it changes.

Who it is for

International and English-speaking churches, expat and migrant congregations, student churches, and Dutch churches that hold services in English. The screens are calm and clear, so volunteers without a technical background find their way too. Want to see it first? Try the demo church, no sign-up needed.

Everyone knows when it is their turn

Volunteers get an e-mail or notification when they are scheduled and a reminder beforehand. Can they not make it? They ask for a swap and someone else takes over with one tap.
