Collectors and causes belong together

The offering schedule is about two things at once: who collects and what the collection is for. In many churches these live in separate lists with different people, with all the coordination that brings.

In KerkPoint you link both to the service. You record the collection goals and schedule the collectors as a role, just as you do for the sexton or the organist. One service, one overview.

A collection calendar for the whole year

You plan collection goals weeks or months ahead, or set up the offering schedule for the whole year. Fixed collections, such as a Lent appeal, the mission collection or the national collections of your denomination, are in the calendar in good time. The treasurer knows what is coming, and the congregation is informed in time through the church magazine, the newsletter or the website.

Several collections per service

A deacons' collection, a collection for the upkeep of the church, a retiring collection for an extra cause: you link as many to a service as needed, each with its own destination.

Who collects

"Collector" is a role you link to services. You assign people or let KerkPoint suggest who is next. Volunteers are told automatically and get a reminder, and with the Premium plan they put their tasks in their own calendar.

This week's collection on your website

With the collection goals widget you put an up-to-date overview of the coming collections on your own church website. Members see straight away what this week's collection is for, and what is planned for the coming weeks. You paste one snippet of code and the overview then updates itself whenever you change something in the schedule.

Curious what that looks like with your own church's name? Start a free demo: within seconds you have your own environment with a filled schedule.

The offering schedule is part of your complete church schedule. Also see the sexton schedule and the organist schedule, or go to the prices.

Everyone knows when it is their turn

Volunteers get an e-mail or notification when they are scheduled and a reminder beforehand. Can they not make it? They ask for a swap and someone else takes over with one tap.
