Youth ministry

Leaders for every club night

KerkPoint is an online scheduling platform for churches, from €9.99 per month. You schedule the leaders for clubs, youth services and catechism, and they arrange a swap themselves on their phone.

Youth ministry happens during the week

Clubs, youth services and catechism classes do not fall on Sunday. So they are often not in the church schedule but in a group chat of their own. Anyone who wants to know whether there are enough leaders on Friday has to scroll back.

Every gathering with its own leaders

In KerkPoint you also put weekday gatherings in the schedule, with date, time and place. You create a role per club and set how many leaders are needed. A fixed weekly evening is set up once; the gatherings then appear in the schedule by themselves.

On the phone, not in the group chat

Leaders see their own evenings on their phone, get a reminder from the Plus plan and ask for a swap themselves. Whoever takes over confirms with one click. That way the schedule stays right without anyone having to keep it up.

Shared fairly

Let KerkPoint fill the coming months: everyone takes their turn and anyone who said they cannot make it is skipped. KerkPoint warns you when someone also has another task on the same evening.

Everyone knows when it is their turn

Volunteers get an e-mail or notification when they are scheduled and a reminder beforehand. Can they not make it? They ask for a swap and someone else takes over with one tap.
