What does scheduling cost you now?
A spreadsheet or app group is free, but arranging takes time. Fill in your own numbers.

That is about 4,0 hours per month, 48 hours per year.
Plus costs €17,99 per month: that is €4,50 per hour of arranging you have now.

Frequently asked questions
The first month is free and you pay nothing up front. Before the end of that month you choose a subscription in your church environment: monthly, yearly or yearly on invoice. If you choose nothing, your church becomes read-only: everyone can still look, but nothing can be changed. After 60 days without a subscription we delete the church with all its data; you get an e-mail about that two weeks beforehand. You get an invoice for every payment.
At any time, via Subscription in your church environment or by e-mailing info@kerkpoint.nl. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, or at the end of the year for a yearly subscription. Until that date everything keeps working.
Basic: up to 10 users, Plus: up to 20 users, Premium: unlimited users. You can also schedule volunteers without an account by name.
Yes. A yearly subscription costs ten times the monthly price: you get two months free. You choose it when ordering. The year runs to its end; you can cancel at any time and it then takes effect at the end of the year. Discount codes only apply to a monthly subscription.
Yes, with a yearly subscription. Choose "Yearly, on invoice" when ordering: your church can start right away and the treasurer gets an invoice with a payment term of 30 days. Monthly you pay online via Mollie, with iDEAL or a direct debit.
Yes. Every payment is in your account as an invoice, with KerkPoint's Chamber of Commerce number and the VAT shown separately. You download it as a PDF for the treasurer.
KerkPoint works with a data processing agreement, the data is on servers in the EU and every church has its own, shielded environment. On the GDPR page you can read which data we process and download the data processing agreement.
Yes. Every church has its own referral link under Subscription & billing. If another church starts through that link, both churches get a month free as soon as the new church pays for the first time (after the free month). The month is deducted from the next payment or invoice, up to twelve months per year.
Yes. You switch plans at any time via Subscription & billing in your account.
