Order of service

Create the order of service, and the slides are ready

Put the parts of the service in order. KerkPoint makes the slides, sends the order of service to the musicians and the tech team, and puts it on the congregation's phones.

One order of service, everything that goes with it

In many churches the order of service is made three times: in a document for the musicians, in PowerPoint for the projector and in the bulletin for the congregation. In KerkPoint you make it once, with the service. You put the parts in order: songs with the verses, readings, prayers, the sermon, the offering and the blessing. If you already have the order of service as text, KerkPoint takes the songs and readings from it.

The slides make themselves

The slides come from the order of service: a countdown before the service, a slide per verse, the text of the reading (the text you paste in), the collection goals with a QR code for giving and, at the end, the next service. Whoever runs the projector presents from the browser and controls the slides with their phone. Prefer PowerPoint? Download the file.

You add the songs your church sings once to your church's song library. With your licence number, for example from CCLI, under every song, and an overview of the songs sung for your licence report.

Help with choosing the songs

For every song you see when it was last sung, for example two weeks earlier, and which songs were sung most in the past year. That way you do not accidentally choose the same song twice in a row.

The guest preacher fills it in

Expecting a guest preacher? Send them a link. They fill in the songs and readings without an account. You get a notification, check it and change what is needed.

Musicians and tech team know in time

Whoever is scheduled as organist, in the band or on projection gets a message as soon as the order of service is ready, with the list of songs and readings. If something changes, a new message follows. If the order of service is still empty a few days before the service, its creator gets a reminder.

You decide what is switched on

The guest preacher link, the messages to the team, the song help and the order of service on the phone are off by default. Your church's administrator switches on what you use, and off again if it does not suit you.

The order of service on the phone

Switch on the public order of service and every service has its own page that the congregation opens on their phone through a QR code on the projector or in the bulletin. The church website links to it too. Song lyrics are only shown when they are free of copyright.

The order of service belongs with the projection schedule and the organist schedule in the same church schedule. Presentations are included in the Plus and Premium plans; see the prices.
